Policenauts, Hideo Kojima's Seminal Work
A new episode of "someone likes retro"
Death Stranding 2, as well as obviously the previous Death Stranding, brought to our platforms an extremely peculiar new video game work, and the credit indisputably goes to the father of the concept, that Hideo Kojima whom most know as the father of Metal Gear Solid.
Perhaps not everyone knows that Hideo-sensei did not work solely on these two brands [or on the P.T. interlude, which was supposed to become Silent Hills, then canceled by the software house] but that his origins also include a "seminal" title called Policenauts, published in 1994 by Konami.
We talk about this authentic gem from the past in the new episode of our Video Podcast Someone Likes Retro: enjoy it thoroughly and then let us know if you already knew this work by master Kojima.
And don't forget to reread our Death Stranding 2 Review.
