Elden Ring Has a Release Date on Nintendo Switch 2

Elden Ring is the game that redefined the standards of soulslikes, elevating the genre to a phenomenon capable of asserting itself in the world of video games like never before. We at Gamesurf (and not just us) consider it a true masterpiece, deserving of top marks, as you can see from our review. The game was followed by an equally grand expansion, Shadow of the Erdtree.

When Elden Ring Comes Out on Switch 2

Elden Ring dates back to February 2022, but some are still waiting to play it: the Tarnished Edition, which includes the base version and the expansion, is planned for Nintendo Switch 2. This edition was scheduled for 2025, but it was postponed to the following year. Now we can finally tell you when it will arrive: the release date on the Nintendo console is set for August 28, 2026.
