Avowed Turns One, Updates, and Releases on PlayStation 5
Many new features are coming with patch 2.0

Exactly one year ago, on February 18, 2025, Avowed was released, a first-person fantasy RPG that starts with the premise of Skyrim, but develops following the blueprint of titles signed by Obsidian Entertainment. If you want our opinion, in our review we point out that it is a solid work, with all the merits usually found in Obsidian games (above all, high-level writing), but also rather obvious flaws.
Avowed Patch 2.0
To mark the first anniversary, Obsidian Entertainment has prepared a major update, patch 2.0, which introduces important new features to Avowed. Among the main ones, we highlight the addition of Dwarves, Orlans, and Aumauan, three new playable races that join Humans and Elves, bringing the total to five. Another welcome feature is Photo Mode. Finally, for those who want to try a second run, New Game+ has arrived.
