Alabaster Dawn: Release Date and New Roguelite Side Story
A new mode, integrated into the main campaign

Radical Fish Games, the German studio known for creating CrossCode, has shared a new trailer for its upcoming title, Alabaster Dawn. This 2.5D isometric action/adventure aims to revisit and refine the best aspects of its predecessor. The video showcases a new roguelite mode, called Somu's Dream, which will be integrated into the campaign as a side story.
When and Where Alabaster Dawn Releases
If you've played CrossCode, then you know how rich a Radical Fish game's campaign can be, so it's no surprise that the new title even includes an extra mode as a side story. The German studio plans to release Alabaster Dawn in the first half of 2026 on PC via Steam, as an early access version. At a later date, Alabaster Dawn will also reach consoles.

How Early Access Works
At its early access launch, Alabaster Dawn will offer a portion of the content and quests that will be present in the final game: the rest will be integrated as it becomes ready, without any fixed deadlines. Some areas and dungeons will be available without the story; in other words, users will be able to visit or even complete these areas, but without the related dialogues or events, which will be added later. Of course, Radical Fish will notify players of any missing content.
