Wolverine Not Afraid of GTA 6: Autumn 2026 Release Confirmed
PlayStation and Insomniac maintain original launch window

The video game world has been shaken by a new earthquake: Grand Theft Auto VI has been delayed again. The release date, hopefully final (but we wouldn't bet on it…), is now set for November 19, 2026: an event of this magnitude will be a formidable disincentive for competitors to release in the same period. On the pages of Gamesurf, on more than one occasion, we have dwelled on the fear that Rockstar's production instills in publishers. However, there is someone who has no intention of changing their plans.
Marvel's Wolverine Still Coming in Autumn 2026
When PlayStation and Insomniac Games shared the first gameplay trailer for Marvel's Wolverine last September, the launch window was announced, set for autumn 2026. Now that GTA VI will also fall in the same period, Insomniac wanted to reiterate the concept: Wolverine will arrive on time in autumn. So things haven't changed, although Wolverine probably won't be released in the 2-3 weeks before or after GTA.
Don't miss a shred of information. Wishlist Marvel's Wolverine, coming Fall 2026.
