Witchfire Updates with 0.9 Revelations Patch
The last patch before the full release

The Polish software house The Astronauts has released Revelations, patch 0.9 for Witchfire. This is the last major update for the game during its early access period: the studio is now focusing on the development of patch 1.0, which, barring delays, is expected to be released in 2026. This dark fantasy first-person shooter is available on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store) and has received many new contents with Revelations.
What's New in Revelations
Among the new features in Revelations, Marshland stands out, an enormous area with a submerged cathedral, surrounded by a swampy forest. There's also an unexplored dungeon to discover, called Outskirts Vault, and an area for the Hermitorium, a relaxing garden. In Revelations, we also find nine new enemies, four new weapons, two new spells, twelve new rosary beads, and two new torments.
Furthermore, the dialogue system has been updated in preparation for patch 1.0, when the full story will be added to the game. Finally, Fallen Prayers (the narrative missions) and World Corruption (the reputation mechanic that makes the world more dangerous) have been reworked. You can find more details on Revelations and the very long changelog on the official website.
