War Machine: The Sci-Fi Film with Alan Ritchson Coming to Netflix
Behind the camera is the director who helmed The Expendables 3 and Hitman’s Bodyguard

Some films arrive quietly, while others announce themselves with a decisive bang, and War Machine seems to belong to the latter category. Netflix has set the release date for one of its most muscular titles of the year: on March 6, the film will debut on streaming with Alan Ritchson as the absolute protagonist.
At the center of the story is a group of recruits undergoing an extreme training program for special operations. Order, discipline, and hierarchies seem to keep everything under control, until something goes wrong. During the course, an extraterrestrial threat comes into play, transforming the exercise into a fight for survival. From that moment, War Machine abandons all certainty and focuses directly on tension, violence, and mystery.
Alan Ritchson is "81"

Alongside Ritchson is a solid, action-accustomed cast, featuring Dennis Quaid, Jai Courtney, Esai Morales, Stephan James, Keiynan Lonsdale, and Daniel Webber. Directing is Patrick Hughes, already behind high-octane titles like The Expendables 3 and The Hitman’s Bodyguard.
Fresh off the success of Reacher, this War Machine represents further confirmation of Alan Ritchson’s golden moment. A film designed for those seeking no-frills action, with a touch of unsettling and probably little-explained sci-fi, with which Netflix seems to be aiming for an “immediate play”.
