The Odenkirk Case in the Wonder Man World
Initially, the American actor had said he was not well-suited for the world of comic book movies

Rumors about a possible entry of Bob Odenkirk into the Marvel Cinematic Universe finally find a clear answer: no involvement in Wonder Man. The actor has in fact denied ever hearing about his casting in the series, calling the rumors “amusing” but unfounded.
Interviewed recently, Odenkirk has however left an interesting door open: if Kevin Feige were to contact him, he would gladly accept. A change of tone compared to the past, when he had said he was not well-suited for the world of comic book movies.
Odenkirk between rumor and reality

Meanwhile, Wonder Man continues its journey with excellent feedback. Led by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Ben Kingsley, the series has been renewed for a second season, although there are no details yet on the plot or production dates. A debut in 2027 remains a concrete possibility.
The show's success also stems from its unusual approach: more than a classic superhero story, it is a satire on the entertainment world, capable of narrating ambitions, failures, and identities through the character of Simon Williams.
In this context, a possible entry of Odenkirk in the second season would not be out of place. His profile would perfectly suit figures such as agents, producers, or lawyers linked to the Hollywood industry. For now, everything remains in the realm of hypothesis. And Wonder Man continues to distinguish itself without the need for additional big names.
