The Drifter is translated into Italian and will be released on Switch

With The Drifter, Australian studio Powerhoof aimed to provide its personal reinterpretation of classic pixel art point & click adventures: the result is a gripping thriller story with pulp tones, constantly pushing the accelerator and held together by not-too-abstract puzzles. This combination has received enthusiastic appreciation from players, and if you like the genre, we recommend keeping an eye on it.
The Drifter in Italian and on Switch
Powerhoof announces that The Drifter has received official Italian translation (as well as French and Spanish): so, if the language barrier discouraged you, now you have no more excuses. Furthermore, the game now also supports amateur translations. But that's not all: currently, The Drifter is only available on PC (via Steam and GOG), but during 2026 it will also be released on Nintendo Switch 1 and 2 consoles.
