Mighty Cuphead Adventure: The Announcement Teaser
Studio MDHR takes us back to the '80s, but there's something else brewing
Canadian software house Studio MDHR announces Mighty Cuphead Adventure, which we could call a retro title in the most authentic sense of the term. It's an 8-bit run 'n gun, with 32-color graphics, which isn't just a mere homage to old games, but was actually made like old games: developed in Assembly language, it will be released on cartridge for Sega Master System, as well as on PC and unspecified consoles.
Cuphead 2 Looms on the Horizon
If this title is a bit too… vintage for your tastes and you prefer something more up-to-date, Studio MDHR has also thought of you with the announcement of the Cuphead sequel. Development has officially begun, and it's confirmed that there will still be a delightful hand-drawn style, just like in the first chapter. Unfortunately, no images of the project have been shared, but we await with confidence.
