Marvel Zombies – Trailer for the MCU’s Most Extreme Series

Spider-Man decapitating zombies with his webs isn't a crazy nightmare, but what you'll see in Marvel Zombies, a new Marvel animated series coming to Disney Plus in 2025. And it won't be just any production, as it aims from now on to be the most violent, bloody, and unrestrained series ever made by the Studio.

The trailer already shows an unprecedented Peter Parker, who abandons all limits and unleashes his full strength against hordes of the undead. For years, the character has been portrayed as the hero who avoids killing his enemies; here, however, no prisoners are taken: just a carnage of sharp webs and lethal acrobatics.

Marvel's First Gore Series

It's not just Spider-Man who shines. Moon Knight dismembers Zombie Ghost, Blade wields his sword against entire armies of infected, and Namor appears in gruesome sequences never seen before. All this is possible because the series will have a TV-MA rating, reserved for an adult audience: a radical leap for the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The story takes place in an alternate universe, free from continuity rules. This means anyone can die, even iconic characters like Scarlet Witch or T’Challa. A factor that increases unpredictability and tension. Inspired by the comics created by Robert Kirkman in 2005, Marvel Zombies brings to the screen that disturbing universe where heroes retain powers and consciousness, but are devoured by an insatiable appetite.
