Razer updates its gaming keypad with the Tartarus V2 Pro, designed for those who want to concentrate a large quantity of commands under one hand. The device features 31 programmable inputs and introduces Analog Optical Switches Gen-2, with actuation configurable from 0.1 to 4 mm.

The Rapid Trigger technology can be adjusted up to 0.1 mm, while each switch is individually lubricated and placed in a high-density foam layer. Razer claims a durability of up to 100 million actuations.

The wrist rest also changes its approach

The most unique part of the new Tartarus, however, is the system dedicated to hand support. The wrist rest can be extracted and rotated to the right or left, allowing the angle to be adjusted based on hand position.

The standard-sized TMR stick adds anti-drift analog control, flanked by three dedicated buttons. In terms of connectivity, the device supports HyperPolling up to 8000 Hz and Advanced Input Control functions, including Snap Tap, Snap Flex, and Dynamic Keystroke.

Through Razer Synapse, up to 3x integrated profiles can be organized, while some adjustments can be made directly from the keypad. The Razer Tartarus V2 Pro comes with double-shot PBT keycaps and is primarily aimed at MMOs and competitive FPS, with a suggested retail price of 219.99 euros.
