Marshals - Yellowstone Spin-Off TV Series Trailer

The world of Yellowstone continues to expand, choosing a decidedly darker path. Marshals is the new spin-off series that brings Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes) back to the center and shows him in a very different phase of life from where he was left in the main series finale. The trailer wastes no time: the serenity Kayce achieved is short-lived and swept away by a devastating loss that marks the beginning of the story.

The images clearly suggest deep trauma. Kayce appears alone, silent, grappling with a bereavement that completely redefines his priorities. Monica's absence from the official cast reinforces the idea of an irreversible rupture, while a phrase spoken by the protagonist clarifies the general tone: the Duttons' past is not behind them, it has only changed form.

Between a Hard Past and an Uncertain Future

In Marshals, Kayce tries to put the pieces back together by joining a special unit of U.S. Marshals, combining his military background with the experience gained in Montana. The result is a series that blends action, investigations, and internal conflicts, where justice always comes at an extremely high personal price.

Alongside him, we find new characters and familiar faces from the Yellowstone universe like Thomas Rainwater and Mo, while the bond with his son Tate remains the only true constant. Produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios, with Taylor Sheridan among the executive producers, Marshals will debut on March 2nd on Paramount+.
