Kingmakers Has Been Postponed at the Last Minute
Another delay for an ambitious, perhaps overly ambitious, production

Kingmakers aims to immerse players in a medieval setting with enormous, fully destructible castles, where thousands upon thousands of soldiers await them. To overcome the endless enemy hordes, players use modern weapons and vehicles, a bizarre anachronism that should make this experience unique. The conditional tense is necessary, as the experience in question is still delayed.
Another Kingmakers Delay
We were supposed to get our hands on Kingmakers in 2024, but between one delay and another, the release date had been postponed to October 8, 2025, on PC, in early access. Unfortunately, however, developer Redemption Road will miss the deadline once again: the reason given is that more time is needed to fulfill an ambitious vision without compromises and without sacrificing any features, pushing the limits of Unreal Engine 4. Kingmakers is now left without a launch window, but perhaps that's for the best.
