GIGABYTE Focuses on Anime PCs with the B850 AORUS ARI
The most unusual aspect of the motherboard is its "waifu-style" design

GIGABYTE continues to push anime-inspired aesthetics with the new B850 AORUS ELITE-P ICE, an ATX motherboard that expands the ARI line already seen in micro-ATX format. The project clearly targets an audience that considers the PC not just a gaming machine, but also an element of visual identity.
The most unusual aspect of the board is its "waifu-style" design, accompanied by an ARI blind box gadget included in the package. A choice that transforms unboxing into an integral part of the experience, following a trend increasingly widespread in the Asian hardware world.
Enthusiast Performance Under an Unconventional Look

Behind the flashy aesthetics, however, lies a high-end AM5 platform, compatible with AMD Ryzen 7000, 8000, and 9000 series processors. Key features include 16+2+2 digital VRMs, DDR5 support up to 8200 MT/s, and X3D Turbo mode designed to maximize AMD gaming CPUs.
Modern features are also present, with Wi-Fi 7, 5GbE LAN, and 4x M.2 slots, including one PCIe 5.0. GIGABYTE has also simplified several assembly operations thanks to EZ-Latch systems for SSDs and PCIe cards.
The B850 AORUS ELITE-P ICE will be showcased during COMPUTEX 2026, while the commercial launch is expected shortly after, likely with initial distribution focused on Asian markets.
