Super Meat Boy 3D - Launch Trailer
The precision platformer elevated to the third dimension
Super Meat Boy was created by Edmund McMillen, the American game designer also behind The Binding of Isaac, who this year found success with Mewgenics. It's a video game starring a cube of meat, intent on overcoming paths full of obstacles that can tear him to pieces: behind the cartoonish violence lies a platformer that allows no errors and requires great skill and precision from the player.
Super Meat Boy goes 3D
McMillen conceived his creation in two dimensions, but starting today, the third dimension is added: publisher Headup, in collaboration with developers Sluggerfly and Team Meat, announce the release of Super Meat Boy 3D, which is now available on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, Xbox PC), as well as on the Game Pass service. The goal of Super Meat Boy 3D is clear: take everything that players loved in the original 2D and re-propose it in a new, extremely difficult platformer. The launch trailer gives us an idea of the result.
