Samsung Odyssey 2026 - New Gaming Monitors Up to 6K 3D

Samsung once again raises the bar in the gaming sector by introducing the new Odyssey 2026 lineup, which aims to redefine standards for resolution, fluidity, and visual immersion. The 5 new models announced include innovative technologies designed for competitive gamers.

New Frontier of Competitive Gaming

The most surprising is the Odyssey 3D G9, the world's first monitor with 6K resolution and glasses-free 3D effect. Thanks to real-time eye tracking, the panel adjusts depth and perspective based on the user's position, creating an adaptive stereoscopic effect. Samsung has collaborated with various studios to optimize compatible titles, capable of truly leveraging the three-dimensional rendering. The 32" display offers native 165 Hz up to 330 Hz via Dual Mode, with a 1 ms response time.

Then there's the Odyssey G6, designed for extreme eSports: 27" inches, QHD resolution, and an absolute record of 1,040 Hz in Dual Mode, with support for up to 600 Hz native. The monitor is compatible with AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-Sync, to support fluidity and tear-free gaming.

The Odyssey G8 family, on the other hand, comes in 3 variants. The 32" model offers the first 6K gaming panel with 165 Hz (330 Hz in alternative mode), while the 27" version offers 5K resolution and up to 360 Hz in QHD. The range is completed by the OLED G8, with a QD-OLED 4K panel at 240 Hz, superior contrast, DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification, and DisplayPort 2.1 connectivity.

The entire lineup will be showcased live at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, from January 6 to 9, marking a new benchmark for the future of gaming monitors.
