Professor Layton and the New World of Steam has been delayed to 2026
And let's hope we don't end up in 2027
Level-5 showed a new trailer for Professor Layton and the New World of Steam at TGS 2025, and as many feared, the game has been delayed. The new puzzle-based adventure of Professor Layton and his assistant Luke will now be released in 2026. We don't know the exact date, but given the Japanese company's track record, we hope it doesn't slip to 2027.
Professor Layton and the New World of Steam will be released on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. Here's the video.
