Pirates of the Caribbean 6 - Jack Sparrow Closer to Return
According to emerging information, Disney is seeking a different balance between past and future

Jack Sparrow ready to sail the seas again. Jerry Bruckheimer has confirmed that talks are underway with Johnny Depp to bring the character back in Pirates of the Caribbean 6, while the new script is already in the works.
The news changes the picture of a project that has long been in limbo and brings back to the center the very character who contributed most to the franchise's success. However, it does not mean that Depp will occupy the same space as in previous chapters.
A New Course for the Saga

According to emerging information about the project, Disney is indeed seeking a balance between the saga's past and a new generation of characters. Margot Robbie remains attached to the operation and could take on a central role, while Jack Sparrow would be destined for a more contained presence.
It's a solution that would allow the Studio to bring back the most recognizable icon of the series without building the entire film around him. For now, there is no definitive confirmation of Depp's return, but Bruckheimer's statements represent the most concrete signal in recent years.
