Pathologic 3: Launch Date Trailer on PC
The new chapter in the series also has a demo to try
Publisher HypeTrain Digital and developer Ice-Pick Lodge have shared a new trailer for Pathologic 3, announcing its release date. In this new chapter of the psychological horror series, players embody Daniil Dankovsky, a doctor who must save a city from an epidemic within 12 days, armed with a special power: time travel, to foresee future outcomes or correct past mistakes.
When Pathologic 3 Comes Out
Expected in 2025, Pathologic 3 just misses the current year: the release is set for January 9, 2026, on PC, via Steam. At a later date, the game will also reach PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
