Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection Has News
Capcom provides an update on the game's future content
Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection, released on March 13, has proven to be much more than just a spinoff: Capcom has created a series with its own identity, which constitutes a fundamental part of the Monster Hunter universe. We explain this concept in depth in our review. If you also enjoyed Twisted Reflection, you'll be pleased to know that there's some news on the way.
New Content for Twisted Reflection
Capcom's YouTube channel shared a video, subtitled in Italian, in which game producer Ryozo Tsujimoto thanks users for their support and previews future content. The developers are working on a free update, where some monsters will appear in even more powerful versions, called Royal Monsters, which can be challenged by Riders of level 90 or higher. This update is planned for summer.

DLC Might Release Earlier
But that's not all, because Tsujimoto also has an update for Additional Side Story: Rudy (or Storia secondaria aggiuntiva: Rudy, if you prefer in Italian), the DLC included in the Deluxe Edition of Twisted Reflection. The development of this additional content is progressing at full speed, to the point that Capcom is considering the opportunity to release it early. The launch window is currently indicated as autumn 2026.
