Marathon: Release Date, Trailer, and Special Editions

Marathon is almost here: Bungie is preparing for the launch of its brand-new shooter and for the occasion is releasing a Trailer focused on all the content available through pre-order, all the special editions, and a beautiful treat for PlayStation users.

Marathon will immerse players in the sci-fi setting of the space colony Tau Ceti IV, where Runners can make a great fortune if they have the courage and skill to survive in a hostile environment full of security forces, not to mention the competition from other Runners. To do this, they will equip themselves with a biocybernetic Running Rig that will grant them superhuman speed and abilities.

Pre-Order and Collector's Edition Available Now

Marathon will be available in Standard and Deluxe editions on Steam, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S and will support Cross-Save and Cross-Playing [Bungie account required]; the numerous Destiny 2 players can celebrate the launch by redeeming themed rewards in the Eververse store, including some pre-order bonuses.

Marathon: A Limited Edition DualSense Controller

Sony and Bungie have also created an exclusive DualSense controller for PS5 inspired by Marathon, which will be available in a Limited Edition, reservable starting January 29th and available at the game's launch. The controller is branded with the game's logos and colors and will be sold for €84.99.

Marathon: Meet the Voice Actors

Alongside the trailer, a list of voice actors who lent their voices to the English version of Marathon was provided: it's a truly extensive list featuring several well-known talents. The game will, however, be dubbed in all supported languages, including Italian.
