Loulan: The Cursed Sand, first trailer for the Chinese action-RPG

ChillyRoom has unveiled the first trailer for its Loulan: The Cursed Sand. Announced in July 2024 as part of the PlayStation China Hero Project, it is an isometric action-RPG set on the ancient Silk Road. Players will take on the role of a cursed royal guard, on a mission to save his princess. The combat system seems to heavily rely on melee attacks, with the ability to alternate between the protagonist's skeletal and sand forms for different movesets and environmental interactions.

Loulan: The Cursed Sand will debut on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, and PlayStation 5, but currently does not have a firm release date. Here is the video in question.
