Hot Wheels Infinite Rush Anticipates Release, Shows Open World
Here's what the world of Milestone's new racing game looks like
Italian software house Milestone has shared a new trailer for Hot Wheels Infinite Rush, offering a first look at the racing game's setting. The big new feature of the third installment in the franchise will be the open world: users will be able to freely explore the four islands of Wheelsville, Tentacle Bay, Gearville, and Drifty Temples, encountering a multitude of challenges along the way.
Infinite Rush's New Release Date
September will be a very… "traffic-heavy" month, to put it in motoring terms: numerous publishers have scheduled their titles for this period, to keep them at a safe distance from a certain GTA 6, but in doing so, they've ended up overlapping. In particular, September 24 is already occupied by games of the caliber of Control Resonant and Silent Hill: Townfall. Infinite Rush was also supposed to arrive that day, but Milestone wisely decided to move up the schedule and shifted the release date by two weeks, to September 10, 2026.
Hot Wheels Infinite Rush will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox PC) platforms. To learn more about the game, you can check out our preview.
