Illfonic and Gun Interactive, in collaboration with Compass International Pictures and Further Front, present Halloween, a video game based on the cult film directed by John Carpenter. The game is a stealth horror with asymmetrical multiplayer, set during Halloween night in 1978 in the town of Haddonfield, threatened by the presence of the infamous Michael Myers. Developer Illfonic is a US studio that previously worked on titles such as Friday the 13th: The Game and Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game.

Halloween's Asymmetrical Multiplayer

The aforementioned games share with Halloween the characteristic of being asymmetrical multiplayer horror games. Halloween will feature 1vs4 matches where one player will embody the terrifying killer, while the others will be citizens who must not only escape Myers' clutches but also react by involving Haddonfield's residents and law enforcement.
