Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, demo available on Switch 2 and Xbox
With the ability to import saves plus in-game bonuses

Square Enix has announced the release of a demo for its Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade on Switch 2 and Series X|S. The content is already available for download on the eShop and Microsoft Store, and will allow us to tackle the entire opening chapter, with the Mako Reactor 1 bombing. Saves can be imported into the full game, and players will receive the bonus items "Awakening Earrings" and "Survival Set" as a reward.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is the first episode of the trilogy that "recreates" the seventh chapter of the Final Fantasy saga on next-gen platforms. The title is available on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4 and 5, and will debut on Nintendo Switch 2 and Xbox Series X|S on January 22, 2026. Here's the announcement trailer.
