The latest rumors about the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe are outlining an increasingly close connection between Daredevil: Born Again and the next Spider-Man cinematic adventure, Brand New Day. At the center of this connection would be a historic enemy from Marvel comics: The Hand.

According to various sources and leaks, the clan of mystical ninjas will also make its debut in the new Spider-Man film, with Peter Parker forced to face a threat very different from the classic urban villains.
