Alien - New Film Related to Prometheus in Development

20th Century Studios has entrusted Aaron Guzikowski, writer of Raised by Wolves and Prisoners, with the screenplay for a new film related to the Alien saga. However, the project will not be the sequel to Alien: Romulus and could instead continue the narrative line of the prequels directed by Ridley Scott, Prometheus and Alien: Covenant. Scott is listed as a producer, but a director has not yet been chosen.

The Android's Experiments

Portrayed by Michael Fassbender, David is one of the central characters in both films. In Prometheus, he accompanies an expedition in search of the Engineers, the mysterious species linked to the origins of humanity. In the subsequent chapter, he develops his own vision of creation, conducting biological experiments.

Alien: Covenant concludes with the android taking the place of the synthetic Walter and hiding several Facehuggers aboard the colonial ship. From this unresolved situation, the new film could pick up, in line with Scott's repeatedly expressed intention to complete the prequel trilogy. At the moment, Fassbender is not officially involved.
