Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is a soulslike developed by the Chinese studio Leenze, set in a fantasy version of Ming Dynasty China, which was published last year by 505 Games. In our opinion, it is a work of decent quality, which, despite not having a stratospheric budget, was able to put a lot on the table, but without having any standout elements. We explain it well in our review of Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers Moves to 505 Games

The Italian publisher 505 Games, a subsidiary of the Digital Bros company, announces that it has acquired the intellectual property of Wuchang: Fallen Feathers from Leenze. This operation responds to the need to expand a portfolio of franchises with global appeal, as well as to consolidate 505 Games' presence in China. The publisher intends to develop the Wuchang brand across multiple platforms and potentially expand it into further multimedia formats.

Will Wuchang: Fallen Feathers Have a Sequel?

505 Games makes no mention of a possible sequel to Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, but the renewed interest in the franchise is an important clue in that regard. It is specified that the relationship between 505 Games and Leenze has been positive; however, according to a recent report, the development studio has dissolved, so it is unknown who would be responsible for creating a new installment in the series.
