Windrose Launches Today in Early Access: The Launch Trailer

Publisher Pocketpair and developer Kraken Express announce the release of Windrose: the game is available starting today, April 14, on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, Stove) accompanied by the launch trailer you see above. Windrose is a PvE survival sandbox, set in the 18th century, the golden age of piracy. The player takes on the role of a captain who must conquer the seas with their sailing ship.

In Windrose, you need to recruit an NPC crew and build your own outpost, trade with different factions, and, of course, carry out pirate raids. Exploration and combat take place both at sea and on land, in a procedurally generated world with over 100 dungeons and points of interest. This experience can be tackled completely solo, or in cooperative multiplayer, with up to 8 players; for now, however, the developers recommend not having more than 4 players at a time.
