Echoes of Aincrad Launches Today: The Launch Trailer

Publisher Bandai Namco and developer Game Studio Inc announce the release of Echoes of Aincrad: the game is available starting today, July 10, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam) platforms, accompanied by its launch trailer. This video game is an action/RPG belonging to the Sword Art Online franchise, set in a futuristic MMO where users' very lives are at stake.

The epic of Sword Art Online is experienced from a new perspective: in our Echoes of Aincrad review, we note that the game offers a well-designed action combat system and satisfying, if not particularly original, character progression. The main flaws lie in its inability to adequately simulate the vibrancy of an MMORPG and a story that struggles to take off, but overall it is the best title dedicated to Sword Art Online.
