Warhorse Doubles Down: Kingdom Come and The Lord of the Rings
The Czech developer unveils its new projects, and they're worth keeping an eye on

The Czech software house Warhorse Studios debuted with the excellent Kingdom Come: Deliverance and then surpassed itself with the sequel, which to this day offers one of the best RPG experiences available, set in a vivid medieval world: we explain it thoroughly in our KCD II review. It's understandable, then, that fans of video game role-playing will be delighted to discover that the studio is working on not one, but two new titles.
Warhorse's Two New Games
In a message via Twitter/X, Warhorse announced that it is working on a new Kingdom Come adventure (note that it is not specified to be Deliverance 3) but not only that, because an open-world RPG set in Middle-earth is also on the horizon. The Czech developer has thus succumbed to the temptation of fantasy, with a prestigious IP like The Lord of the Rings, for which the cancellation of the MMO is almost certain.
