Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage Coming to Switch 2 in March

Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and Sega have announced the release date for the Switch 2 version of Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage. The latest incarnation of the fifth installment of the historic 3D fighting game will debut on Nintendo's hybrid console on March 26. The title will support cross-play with all other platforms and rollback netcode, and players will be able to try it out early during the open beta period, which will run from February 19 to 24.

A physical edition will also be available, on a game-key card, for $49.99, which will include several extra costume packs, a selection of the franchise's most iconic music (on CD?), artwork, and pre-production sketches. Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage is available on PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Here's today's announcement trailer.
