The World of Darkness universe meets Disco Elysium
Publisher Kwalee and developer Flyos announce Vampire: The Masquerade - Eternal Whispers. This is a narrative-driven CRPG with an isometric view (think Disco Elysium?), set in the World of Darkness universe. The protagonist, Gabe, is a vampire who has awakened after decades of torpor, with his memory in fragments. Gabe finds a very different Montreal from how he left it, a place where new dark forces vie for power.
In Eternal Whispers, players will have to shed light on the mysteries surrounding the protagonist's past, which will intertwine with the murky developments of the present. The gameplay experience will be characterized by reading a generous amount of text, investigation, and making choices, sometimes painful, that will shape the continuation of the story... especially in case of failure.
When and Where Eternal Whispers Releases
Vampire: The Masquerade - Eternal Whispers does not yet have a release window. The role-playing game set in the World of Darkness universe will be released on PC, via Steam.
