The Crew Motorfest Shows Us What's New in Year 3
A long video with a taste of the new content coming to the game
Ubisoft has shared a long trailer for The Crew Motorfest, providing a juicy preview of the new features coming to the arcade racing game during its third year. The beginning of the video is dedicated to vehicle customization: the options for modifying your car have increased, and you'll be able to change a plethora of details as you please. With a certain pride, we are shown a BMW that completely changes its appearance.
New Game Modes
The understated golden BMW is taken to the Hawaiian roads to participate in a free race: you just need to reach the checkpoints, without a predetermined path to follow, and it will be up to the player to find the fastest route. Another new feature in Year 3 is the Race Creator, which allows you to build daring tracks over the ocean: to be clear, it vaguely resembles Trackmania.
The competition gets... smaller, with radio-controlled dune buggies, vehicles made specifically for speeding anywhere, even where normal cars cannot go. Thanks to this new category, Motorfest's environments seem to offer racing opportunities they didn't have before, an addition that could prove to be a big surprise. Last, but certainly not least, we note that in March the world will expand with a new island.
The new Year 3 content will be introduced gradually, starting November 5, 2025. The Crew Motorfest is available on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S, PC via Ubisoft Connect and Epic Games Store, Amazon Luna. In addition, the game is included in the Ubisoft+ subscription service.
