After concluding the opening ceremony of the Jura Tempest Federation, Rimuru and his companions are invited by the Celestial Empress Elmesia of the great elven nation, the Sorcerous Dynasty of Thalion, to visit her private island. While the group enjoys their short vacation, a mysterious woman named Yura appears. A new incident unfolds against the backdrop of the boundless blue sea.
