Subnautica arrives on Switch 2 with Below Zero DLC

After introducing the multiplayer component in Subnautica 2 (you can find trailer and details here), Unknown World Entertainment has announced that the first chapter of the underwater survival adventure is set to receive an upgrade on Switch 2. The title, along with the Below Zero expansion, will be available on Nintendo's hybrid console starting February 17, and those who already own it on Switch will be able to upgrade to this new version for free by downloading the Upgrade Pack.

Subnautica on Switch 2 offers a 1440p resolution in docked mode and 1080p in handheld mode, both at 60fps. The controls have also been optimized for the Joy-Con 2, for a smoother and more immersive experience. You can also find Subnautica and Subnautica: Below Zero on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S, and from March 10 also on iOS and Android devices (Below Zero at least, the base game is already available).
