Starfield: A PS5 Release Date Identified
The wait shouldn't be long

Starfield, the sci-fi title developed by Bethesda on behalf of Microsoft, which debuted on PC and Xbox Series X/S in September 2023, is notoriously also expected on PlayStation 5 consoles. But when?
For now, Redmond and the house of Skyrim have not revealed the exact date of the porting: the latest rumors spoke of a generic 2026 in conjunction with the game's new DLC. Today, however, a more precise indication has arrived.

According to the Polish website PPE, insider Graczdari reportedly obtained information from his sources within Microsoft – the same ones who revealed the launch of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered – that Starfield would be coming to PS5 in both the Standard and Premium editions on April 7th.

Starfield received its first DLC in 2024 but did not have major updates throughout 2025, so some believe the launch of the premium edition should also include the new Terran Armada DLC. In the past, Graczdari has not been infallible – his statements about a GTA6 launch without a physical format were debunked immediately – but in this case, the EAN codes are also reported, which should provide a guarantee.
We can therefore assume that Microsoft and Bethesda are preparing an announcement very soon, perhaps in the coming days, for the April 7th launch.
While we await confirmation or denial, let's revisit our Starfield Review.
