Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, Sales Climb to 1 Million

Sega has announced the first sales figures for its Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. Less than a month after its debut in stores, the new racing game featuring the blue hedgehog (plus other franchises from the Japanese brand) has surpassed 1 million copies sold. During this period, players have raced over 74.5 million times, competed in over 31.5 million Grand Prix races, and participated in over 13 million ranked matches.

For a few days now, you can also download the free update that introduces Joker from Persona 5 to the roster of racers, along with the Arsene Wing vehicle, three new background music tracks (“Take Over”, “Wake Up, Get Up, Get out There”, and “Victory”), new emotes, and sound effects. Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is available on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S, and will arrive on Switch 2 during the holiday season.
