Publisher Nacon and developer Passtech Games announce the new playable character for Ravenswatch: it's Kintaro, accompanied by his faithful bear Kuma. All members of the Ravenswatch roster are drawn from literature or popular legends, and Kintaro is no exception: his story is passed down in Japanese theaters. He is a boy with superhuman strength, who grew up in contact with nature and is absolutely pure of heart.

Kintaro's Price and Details

This character is available starting today, October 12, by purchasing a DLC that also includes 7 costumes for him and an additional story. The price of the DLC is €7.99. Kintaro's peculiarity lies in his two battle modes: he can fight atop Kuma, charging the enemy or wounding them with claws. Alternatively, he can dismount and fight on foot, wielding a huge axe, while Kuma automatically attacks nearby opponents. Hero and bear share the same health bar.

The Update and Future of Ravenswatch

Coinciding with Kintaro's release, a minor update for Ravenswatch has been released, in which over 50 talents for various characters have been modified, various balances and quality of life improvements have been made, and custom lobbies have been introduced. You can find the complete list of changes in the changelog on Steam. In 2027, Ravenswatch will receive a major update called Cauldron & Potions, with new game modes. Subsequently, it will be the turn of a new hero.
