Overwatch Rush: Blizzard's Shooter Switches to a Top-Down View

Blizzard Entertainment has announced Overwatch Rush. This is a top-down variant of the hero shooter available on PC and consoles, and it has been developed specifically for iOS and Android devices. At the helm of the project is an internal Blizzard team with "deep" industry experience, rather than Team 4, which is focused on the regular Overwatch.

The title is not a port, but rather a new experience, designed to offer the best on mobile platforms. We will still see two teams of four players competing for map dominance, but with a top-down view, which is more suitable for on-the-go sessions. It will be free-to-play with in-app purchases, but does not yet have a release date. Here is the announcement trailer.
