What Changes for Nintendo Switch 2
The problem of changing the battery on Switch 2 doesn't arise today, as the console is still relatively new, but it will in the future. On the current model, it's a long and delicate process that requires disassembling and reassembling various parts of the console, with the risk of breaking something: in other words, it's only for those with expert hands. Thanks to the new EU regulation, however, things are about to change.

According to Nikkei, Nintendo is considering introducing the new model in Japan and the USA as well, even though local regulations do not require it.
