Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance Takes Flight in New Trailer
The game's major hunting expansion returns with a new look
Capcom also participated in the State of Play, bringing a new trailer for Ascendance, the expansion for Monster Hunter Wilds. Announced last June at the Summer Game Fest, Ascendance will tell a new story where everything begins with a new threat: a colossal dragon, the first in a chain of events that will lead, among other things, to the discovery of a constellation of flying islands to explore.
In addition to this unprecedented setting, Ascendance will obviously feature new monsters to hunt, with new challenges to face, new hunting actions, new mechanics, etc. The launch window for Ascendance is confirmed for 2027.
