Marvel's Wolverine's Fury in First Gameplay Trailer

Finding Saros, the announced protagonist, at the beginning of the State of Play instead of at the end led us to suspect that Sony had a big surprise in store. To be precise, it can't really be called a surprise because a leak had anticipated it, but the new, great collaboration between Insomniac Games and Marvel Games did not disappoint. Ladies and gentlemen, here is the first gameplay trailer for Marvel's Wolverine.

The first aspect that stands out – and it couldn't not stand out – is the high level of violence and gore that characterizes the production: Logan/Wolverine immediately throws buckets of blood in our faces and dismembers his enemies with unusual brutality. The Marvel hero is trying to reconstruct a dark past and doesn't think twice about slicing anyone who is too reluctant to talk.

When Marvel's Wolverine Comes Out

The trailer shows some of the locations that will appear in the final game, such as the alleys of Tokyo, the Canadian forests, or the chaotic fictional island of Madripoor. Marvel's Wolverine will be released in the fall of 2026, obviously as an absolute exclusive on PlayStation 5. More information will be shared next spring.
