Indiana Jones on Switch 2: The Ancient Circle launch trailer

Publisher Bethesda Softworks and developer MachineGames announce the release of Indiana Jones and the Ancient Circle on Switch 2: the game is available on Nintendo's console starting today, May 12, accompanied by its launch trailer. This first-person action-adventure title, which had grandly relaunched Indy into the world of video games, was originally released on Xbox Series X|S and PC in December 2024, then reached PS5 the following year.

In our review of Indiana Jones on Switch 2, we couldn't help but notice how the game was forced to make compromises to run on the console. Resolution, frame rate, and details have decreased compared to other platforms: the fact that The Ancient Circle has been adapted to this hardware is a remarkable achievement in itself, but there are better ways to enjoy Indy's adventure.
