Gears of War: E-Day - multiplayer gameplay trailer

Xbox publisher and developer The Coalition have shared a new trailer for Gears of War: E-Day, giving us a preview of the game's multiplayer component. The main new feature is Horde Siege, the evolution of the original PvE horde mode: 12 players, divided into three teams of 4 members, will have to collaborate within the largest maps ever seen for Gears of War multiplayer. Teams will have to meet different objectives, and match outcomes will be difficult to predict.

The classic Versus mode will also be present: there will be no less than 4 PvP modes, which will benefit from the new gameplay mechanics introduced with E-Day. We remind you that the new chapter in the Gears of War saga is set for October 6, 2026, on Xbox Series X|S, PC (Xbox PC, Steam), and day one on Game Pass. Those who have pre-ordered or are subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate/PC will be able to try it starting August 6, as part of the beta test.
