Dispatch, the superhero comedy, will it be censored on Switch?
Artwork on the eShop seems to suggest it

AdHoc Studio's acclaimed graphic adventure, Dispatch, is set to debut on Nintendo platforms in a few months, and we already have our first controversies. The main artwork for the Digital Deluxe edition, which depicts the cast relaxing by a pool, has appeared on the American eShop, and we couldn't help but notice how much of the cleavage and exposed skin of the female characters (and others) has been covered with extra fabric.

Nintendo has recently shown itself to be particularly aggressive against any form of "risqué" content, such as the cancellation in the West of Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth and Death end re;Quest Code Z, and it seems to be no different this time. However, the issue seems to only concern the American side of the platform; on the Australian eShop, the artwork is present without any censorship (it has not yet been published in our region).

A temporary solution to protect young eyes from the horrors of human forms, present only on the digital store? Or is this just a preview of how the title will be presented in the States? Who knows. Dispatch will debut on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 on January 29, 2026, and is available on PC via Steam and PlayStation 5.
