Disney Lorcana TCG: Into the Inklands Arrives
Introducing "Inkborn" characters and Demona from Gargoyles

Disney Lorcana TCG, the collectible card game born from the collaboration between the famous American company and Ravensburger, is preparing to welcome a new expansion called Into the Inklands, and there are many new features.
The new card series introduces characters called Inkborn who are not "immediately formed" but can evolve during the game: the new Shift mechanic allows Inkborns to become more powerful by placing other cards under them.
"It's really exciting to work on a card set like Into the Inklands, with so many wonderful Disney characters entering the game - declared Shane Hartley, Creative Vice President for Disney Lorcana TCG at Ravensburger - We wanted to evoke the feeling of a detective searching for clues among the whispers of the depths, and the set's illustrations really bring this feeling to life!"
Of course, there are also new character introductions, with a special focus on beloved Disney villains, such as Gaston from Beauty and the Beast or King Cornelius from The Black Cauldron. However, good characters also arrive, like Megara from Hercules or Simba from The Lion King.
"Into the Inklands is a wonderful addition to the game that follows the success of Rise of the Floodborn and sets up the next narrative arc for Disney Lorcana TCG - declared Elaine Chase, Studio Head for Disney Lorcana at Ravensburger - I can't wait to see how collectors react to the incredible Enchanted cards in this set, as well as the fantastic new decks that Illumineers can create to showcase their love for the Disney stories the game is bringing back into the spotlight."
But one of the additions that the team welcomed with the most enthusiasm is Gargoyles, the dark animated series that '90s kids still remember as a true masterpiece: from this series comes Demona, with artwork that is worth a documentary:
Disney Lorcana TCG: Into the Inklands will be released early through specialized retailers on November 7th and through all retailers on the 14th of the month.
Ravensburger also provided a first look at the future of the series and the Winter Enchantment line, which will debut next February. It also announced that in the second half of 2026, characters from the Disney Pixar sagas, such as Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and many others, will arrive in the Uncharted Lands expansion.
