Decapolice has a new trailer, but suffers yet another delay
Four years late (and hopefully no more to come)
With Decapolice, Japanese studio Level 5 intends to stay on familiar ground, that of investigative adventures based on puzzles (not by chance, the game's authors are the same as the Professor Layton series), but opting for an unprecedented sci-fi setting. To get a taste of it, just take a look at the new trailer that combines animated and in-game sequences; if you want to play it, well, unfortunately you'll have to wait a little longer.
So when is Decapolice coming out?
Decapolice's launch window was initially set for 2023, only to be pushed back to the following year, then to 2026. So will we play it this year? Not a chance, because Level 5 has once again postponed the release, which is now indicated for 2027. We can only hope that there will be no further delays and remind you that you will find Decapolice on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC (Steam).
