That's No Moon is an independent Korean studio formed by industry veterans, which unveiled its debut work, Crossfire, at Summer Game Fest. Developed with the help of Smilegate, it is set in the universe of the eponymous Korean tactical shooter, a franchise you might remember for the ill-fated Crossfire X (not to be confused). Crossfire will be a third-person action/adventure, with shooter and stealth mechanics.

This game tells the story of Layla and Cross, two enemy soldiers who will be forced to form a temporary alliance to survive in the mountains of Atlas. The rugged mountainous scenery will be a central element of the game design, as the game intends to utilize innovative movement systems and adaptive cover. Crossfire will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store) at a later date.
